What are the shipping costs?

Letterbox package: €4.15 (with track & trace)
Package up to 10 kg : €7.65
Package from 10 to 23 kg : €13.25

International
The cost for a parcel up to 2 kg is usually around €13-€18, depending on the country. For larger parcels:
EU Countries : From €13.00 to approximately €25.00 for packages up to 2 kg.
Packages from 2 to 5 kg : Around €19 - €30
Parcels from 5 to 10 kg : €25 - €38 (depending on destination)

How long does the delivery take?

As a small company, we work with great care and attention to deliver your order to your home as soon as possible. Our delivery time is usually up to 1 week . During busy periods such as the summer, the shipping time can be up to 14 days. Can't wait? Good news! You can also pick up your order during one of our festivals or markets. Please contact us if you would like to do this.

Can I return my order?

♥ At our small company we strive for unique, exclusive collections that are carefully selected and put together. Because we work with limited editions and sometimes even unique items, we have special return conditions. We want you to be happy with your order :) If this is not the case, it is possible to return your order.

Unique Pieces : For some of our items, such as one-off vintage pieces or specially made products, returns are unfortunately not possible. Always check the product information to see if there are any exceptions.

Return Shipping Costs : As we are a small business, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is a fault or defect. Returns are best made using a traceable shipping method to avoid any issues.

Product Condition : We ask that you return the product in its original condition, unused and with all labels attached. Products that are not in this condition, unfortunately, cannot be accepted.

How do I wash the clothes?

To ensure that your Matangi Dreams clothing stays beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend washing the items by hand in cold water.

This way you maintain the quality and contribute to a longer lifespan of your clothing.

Where are your garments made?

Our garments are made fair trade by small-scale workshops in India. Every year I travel to India myself to develop new collections and select all the fabrics for them. We work together with different workshops. Do you want to know more about our workshops and the production process? Then check out our blogs and follow us on social media.

What is the composition of the substances?

We work with sustainable fabrics as much as possible. For the exact composition of a garment, please refer to the product description.

How do I know which size to choose?

We work a lot with universal sizes, which means that our garments often cover a wide range of sizes to offer a good fit for everyone. We try to describe the size under each article as well as possible. It is also possible to try on at our place. We are at camping de Lievelinge every Sunday, or visit us in Montfoord.

Will a sold out item be restocked?

Every year we try to put together a varied collection. However, it can happen that an item that is sold out, will not be made anymore. But don't worry! Instead, we make sure that new and fun items are always added to our collection ;-)
